Dues:      Annual dues cover January 1 - December 31 of the calendar year in which you've paid.  They support maintenance of a few common areas, support the fly-in, and other activities voted upon during meetings.

Homeowners: $50 annual dues are due to the Treasurer No Later Than June 1st, of each year..

Runway:  $200.  This is ONLY for those that own lots along the runway or for pilots operating an aircraft out of OK01.  The treasurer asks that if you pay both that you submit two separate checks.  Thank you.
